At Villain Arc Apparel, each drop is created with intention. Many of our releases are limited presale items, meaning production begins after orders are collected.
Because of this, please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Presale Orders
All presale jersey orders are considered final once the presale window closes and production begins.
Presale items are made in limited quantities based on customer orders. Because these items are produced specifically for each drop, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after production has started.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a presale order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests may be accepted only before the presale closes and before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
Size Exchanges
Please check the size guide before ordering.
Because our jerseys are limited presale items, size exchanges are not guaranteed. If extra inventory is available after fulfillment, we may be able to help with a size exchange, but we cannot promise availability.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs related to approved exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number Your name Photos of the item and packaging A brief description of the issue
If the issue is approved, we will work with you to replace the item or provide another solution.
Shipping Delays
Presale items take longer than standard ready-to-ship products. Estimated shipping windows are provided on the product page, but delays may happen due to production, customs, carrier issues, or supplier timelines.
Shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund once production has started.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Villain Arc Apparel is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will help you start a claim with the shipping carrier when possible.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Digital Products
Downloadable ARC files, digital stories, comics, and other digital content are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
